Earth Day is celebrated in different ways. Baby Boomer Artist and Instructor Ray Horner posted a picture of one of his student’s creation last night.  This work was created using the same pulp board coffee carrying containers that are often thrown in the trash.

But, Ray collects these containers and brings them to his class with an assignment to create something of artistic value. How Cool!

Kudos to you Ray Horner Jr.

  1. How fun! When I worked as a volunteer trainer for the Girl Scouts, one of our most popular classes was Recycled Crafts. But this project is quite a step above anything we ever taught. I’m impressed.
